TIA Scholarship Winners Announced

Avalon Risk Management is a proud sponsor of the 2019 TIA Scholarship. This is Avalon’s 12th year in sponsoring TIA’s scholarship program. Applicants are required to write an essay, be a first-time attendee and have a minimum of two years’ experience in the third-party logistics industry in order to qualify for the scholarship. This year the TIA annual conference will be held on April 10-13, 2019 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Florida.

This year we are proud to announce this year’s winners:

• Zach Feyerherm, Able Transport Solutions. Zach is looking forward to staying up to date with how the industry moves and sharing the knowledge with his team.
• Heath Houchin, CTB, AM Transport Services, Inc. Heath is looking forward to networking with other TIA members and obtaining as much knowledge as possible at the conference.
• Scott Quiner, GW Transportation Services. Scott is looking forward to learning as much as possible to be able to help his company grow.
• Tim Tedesco, CTB, Choptank Transport Inc. Tim is looking forward to forming new relationships, build on existing relationships and learning more about our business.
