Earlier this month, at the Forced Labor Technical Expo, CBP launched a dashboard providing forced labor statistics under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA). CBP launched the UFLPA statistics dashboard to provide a single source of data on UFLPA enforcement actions. The dashboard can be located on CBP’s website and is a fully interactive tool that allows users to see data on shipments that are subject to ULPA reviews or enforcement actions. Per CBP, the dashboard provides transparency on ULPA enforcement while still protecting sensitive trade information. According to CBP’s Acting Commissioner Troy Miller, “[The U.S. is] committed to working with the trade industry as they navigate complex global supply chains to assure the goods entering the United States comply with U.S. trade laws and that workers around the world are treated with the dignity and humanity they deserve.”
The Forced Labor Technical Expo held in Washington, D.C. provided the international trade community with information about the latest technologies that can aid in securing and managing the flow of goods. If you were unable to attend the expo or view the live stream, you are able to view the sessions on CBP’s Forced Labor webpage under Forced Labor Technical Expo tab.
If you have questions on the dashboard, please send an email to UFLPAInquiry@cbp.dhs.gov for assistance.
