Avalon Expands with New Office in Phoenix, AZ

Avalon Risk Management is pleased to announce the opening of its newest location in Phoenix, AZ. Deirdre Hudson, Regional Vice President, will manage the new office. Deirdre, who has been with Avalon since 2002, will continue to oversee the San Francisco and Seattle offices as well.

Deirdre has more than 27 years of experience working with the logistics community in different capacities. Before joining Avalon in 2002, she worked for one of the world's largest customs broker/freight forwarding companies, Kuehne + Nagel, for seven years.

Deirdre has been instrumental in the growth of Avalon's client base in the San Francisco region. In 2013, her role expanded as she took on the management of the Seattle territory. Her dedicated staff will continue to provide the same expert level of service that clients in the San Francisco and Seattle regions have come to know. Other associations include Women in Logistics, Harbor Transportation Club of Northern California, and the Agricultural Transportation Coalition. Deirdre Hudson is always willing to give back to the industry, such as her dedicated service on the board of the Express Carriers Association.
