Leslie Carril Vice President - Client Relationships
Leslie Carril is the Vice President, Client Relationships for Avalon’s Southern Region. In her role, she focuses on managing individual relationships with clients, business retention and ensuring client satisfaction. In 1998, Avalon’s first year of business, Leslie joined the Miami office as a Regional Manager and was later promoted to Regional Vice President. Her fluency in Spanish, exceptional customer service and expertise in risk management solutions for the logistics industry have made her an invaluable asset to Avalon’s clients in Florida and Puerto Rico. These skills proved that Leslie was a natural fit for her current Client Relationships role. Leslie specializes in Surety Bonds, Cargo Insurance, and Professional and Management Liability Coverages. Leslie is active in various trade associations throughout the Southeast and Latin America.
In her down time, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren.
