LaDonna Blackwell is a Senior Account Executive for Avalon’s Southern Region. She joined Avalon in 2021 and with over 27 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry, she was a natural fit for our team. Before joining Avalon, she worked as a Director of Global Projects for an International Freight Forwarder. In her previous position, she managed Russia/CIS and handled project cargo moves, charters, contracts, and projects in the Oil & Gas industry. This experience allows LaDonna to understand the needs of Avalon’s client base on a practical level.
LaDonna is active in industry associations such as ITMA, HCBFFA, AIFBA, CSCMP and IFFCBANO. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and is an Adjunct Professor of Logistics Management at Lone Star College. In her spare time, LaDonna enjoys spending time with family and friends traveling, decorating, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
